Merchandise that has been special ordered or is customized may not
Certain manufacturers do not
accept returns under any circumstances - software is a good example of this.
Often customer concerns surrounding merchandise returns involve manufacturer WARRANTIES and GUARANTEES. These issues are most often handled directly by the manufacturer, not the merchant you bought the product from. A common example of this is when an item fails after some period of use.
On all other products, you may request return authorization for items
that are in new, unused condition which are packed in the original carton
unopened and contain all accessories, packing material, and printed information provided the item is shipped back to us within
seven (7) days of receipt of your order, and subject to all the rules stipulated below.
NO RETURNS WILL BE HONORED WITHOUT A FORMAL RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEING APPROVED PRIOR TO THE CUSTOMER RETURNING ANY ITEM.
How do I receive a return authorization?
You receive a return authorization by calling our Customer Service Representative to receive instructions on how to properly package your returned purchase and to which warehouse address you need to ship it back to. Often the address you will return your mechandise to WILL NOT BE THE SAME as the address that originally shipped your product, so take no return steps before talking to Customer Service.
Do I receive a full or partial refund?
Subject to the customer compliance of ALL of the requirements mentioned in these policies, a credit or refund will be processed only after we have received the returned goods back in our warehouse. Complete refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
the received merchandise was not what was ordered
the received merchandise was defective
the received merchandise was damaged in transit (shipping)
the received merchandise did not match the picture, description, or model number displayed on the website.
IN ALL OTHER RETURN SITUATIONS, the
customer shall be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges, as well as any restocking fees that might be charged by the manufacturer or their distributor. Since certain restrictions may apply on certain product returns from certain manufacturers (for example discontinued products and remanants are NOT RETURNABLE), you should contact our Customer Service representative BEFORE ORDERING if you have any concerns.
